Making a pile of half-square triangles

I finished my 50 additional half-square triangles this afternoon for Fall Frolic, so I get to mark that goal as complete. I now have a total of 70. I think I'll probably try to do a similar number next month, leaving me with 60 in the final month that I receive my blocks in the mail. I have no illusions that I'll get the quilt put together that month, but I would really like to finish putting it together by the end of 2013.

I really think that Primitive Gatherings (the quilt shop that has put this particular block of the month together) has done a great job at divvying up the appliqué blocks and the number of fabrics it has sent to cut each month (they send between 8-9 approximately 10-inch pieces to cut into the 2½ inch and 3 inch squares that will be necessary to piece the quilt top together). The variety of fabrics has been really great too, and of course, they are my fall colors (favorite!). Duh, this quilt is called Fall Frolic. But I've been really pleased, and I know they are fabrics that I would not necessarily choose, but they are perfect in this quilt.
