Knitting: My classes were wonderful at Stitches South, and I learned a LOT! In my last post, I showed off my Stitches South 2015 purchases, and it was quite a haul. I also worked on my Enchanted Isle socks while I was at there, in between classes. After the convention, was over I finished my High Plains Poncho! And I started two new projects, a ninth Age of Brass and Steam kerchief, and a Sea Dragon Shawl. The Sea Dragon Shawl pattern can be seen on Ravelry. You can also see the multitude of Sea Dragon Shawls that have been stitched in all different colors and yarns. I love Ravelry for putting all of this information (and more!) in one place so you don't have to go looking all over the web to get ideas and information.
Crochet: I've connected 22 squares on my Scrappy Sock Yarn Granny Square Blanket. I got some more mini-skeins from one of the vendors at Stitches South The Amy Lee Show (Canon Hand Dyes), who is also on Etsy.
Quilting: Eldon by Edyta Sitar didn't see any progress this week because I had my sewing machine in for service, but I have the next block picked out, ready now that I have my machine back. I have about half of block 6 of 7 pieced for my Over the Rainbow quilt by Tacha Bruecher.
Cross Stitch: I'm still working on Spooky House by Sandra Parlow for X's and Oh's. I've worked a little more on the front of the house where the flames are and the windows / front porch.
